Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after order confirmation and successful payment verification.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During product launches, limited drops, sales, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Prepaid orders are generally prioritized for processing and dispatch.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Ouffits may offer free shipping on selected products, promotions, or order values at its sole discretion.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing tracking information.
Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation message.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.
COD orders may be verified through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or OTP confirmation before dispatch. Ouffits reserves the right to cancel any unverified COD order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

the shipment may be returned to Ouffits.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Ouffits shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Upon verification, Ouffits will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
International Shipping
Currently, Ouffits ships only within India.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
